Roofing Sales Estimator

As a Roofing Sales Estimator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our services. You will be responsible for generating estimates, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver accurate estimates for clients, ensuring all details are covered.
  • Successfully close sales on company-generated leads by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities independently, including networking and attending industry events.
  • Encourage satisfied customers to refer to new business and leave positive reviews by providing exceptional service.
  • Uphold and enhance the Landmark Roofing brand through excellent service, professionalism, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Maintain open and clear communication with clients throughout the estimation and sales process, ensuring their questions are answered and concerns addressed promptly.
  • Keep meticulous records of estimates, sales activities, and customer interactions using our CRM system.
  • Work closely with other departments, including the installation team, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of Customer Service or sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude and a strong desire for a long-term position.
  • Proven ability to close sales, generate new business, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage notes, files, and a busy calendar effectively.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Comfortable with climbing ladders and working on roofs. Must be able to perform physical tasks associated with roof inspections.
  • Ability to learn and use estimation software and tools efficiently. Familiarity with roofing materials and methods is a plus.
  • Dependable, people-oriented, adaptable, achievement-oriented, autonomous, innovative, and able to handle high-stress situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally to clients and team members.
  • Ability to think on your feet and provide creative solutions to client needs and challenges.
  • Valid driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $50,000 - $100,000 based on commission uncapped earning potential.
