• Perform detailed take-offs for projects valued at $60,000 to $150,000, covering scopes of 110-150 square feet.
• Leverage tools like Acculynx, Roofscope, EagleView, and AI platforms to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, builders, and architects to confirm project scope and pricing details.
• Prepare and present polished proposals to clients and internal teams.
• Identify and implement strategies to reduce material costs and minimize errors.
• Stay informed about roofing materials, techniques, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage multiple bids and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: 5+ years of proven success as a Roofing Estimator, with a strong track record in residential and commercial projects.
• Tech Expertise: Proficiency in Acculynx, Roofscope, EagleView, or similar estimating tools.
• Roofing Knowledge:Familiarity with complex systems like metal, tile, cedar, steep slopes, and flat roofing.
• Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for precision and the ability to reduce errors in estimates.
• Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and collaborative communication with clients and team members.
