This commission-based role offers earnings from $70,000 to $150,000+ annually, with top performers earning $200,000+. It includes a structured training program and hands-on project management experience in the construction industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 with a valid driver's license.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is a Top 40 roofing contractor in the U.S. and a $70M+ brand built on reputation, community, and results — and we’re expanding across the Midwest and South. We’re looking for a driven Roofing Sales Consultant / Project Manager to join our Lake St. Louis team.

What you’ll do:

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach (some company leads provided; self-generated leads are expected)
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and educate homeowners on their options
• Write and close roofing contracts
• Collect payment and manage each project from start to finish

Pay:

1099 commission-based role. Average annual earnings of $70,000–$150,000+; top performers earn $200,000+. Bonus and competition-based pay available.

What you bring:

• Minimum age 18 with a valid driver’s license
• Self-starter attitude — coachable, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation and the ability to carry a ladder (company trucks may be available for those 21+ with a clean MVR)
• Comfort with door-to-door sales; a cell phone for the job
• Ability to climb a ladder, walk a roof, and lift 50 lbs without fear of heights
• Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
