Job summary

Shamrock Roofing and Construction is hiring for a full-time, 1099 commission-based role focused on generating new roofing business in the Des Moines area. You’ll canvass neighborhoods, educate homeowners, and close deals with support from the company’s lead generation system.

Training and promotions are available for top performers. Compensation averages $70,000–$150,000 per year, with potential to exceed $200,000 for top performers.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with door-to-door sales.
• High level of self-motivation and resilience.
• Excellent communication and prospecting skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach.
• Inspect roofs, gutters, siding and educate homeowners.
• Close sales and manage the customer relationship end-to-end.

Pay: $70,000 - $150,000+ Per year average. Top Performers making $200,000+
