Job summary

A leading roofing contractor is seeking motivated sales professionals for a full-time position focusing on door-to-door sales in Wichita, Kansas. This role offers an average annual pay of $70,000 to $150,000+, with top performers making $200,000+. Successful candidates will receive detailed training and have access to company leads while being encouraged to generate their own. You will manage projects from start to finish, inspect roofs, and close contracts, all in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with a valid Driver's License required.
• Reliable transportation needed to carry a ladder.
• Must be able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs.

Pay: $70,000 - $150,000+ Per year average. Top Performers making $200,000+

What we do

• Collect Money
• Manage the project from start to finish

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid Driver's License is required
• A self-starting attitude, be a go getter.
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Reliable Transportation. You will need to carry a ladder with you. Company trucks may be available for general use during business hours to check out. You must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file.

• Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs.
• Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
