Job summary

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is seeking a Project Manager to grow with the company in the Midwest. This is a 1099 commission-based role with pay averaging $70,000–$150,000 per year, with top performers earning $200,000+. The position includes a detailed training program for new PMs and bonus opportunities.

You will lead projects from outreach to completion in roofing projects. We hire veterans and offer a supportive environment with leadership and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

What You'll Do

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and educate homeowners
• Write and close roofing contracts
• Collect payment
• Manage the project from start to finish
• Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• Self-starting, coachable, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation (you'll carry a ladder); company trucks may be available to those 21+ with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Own a cell phone
• Comfortable in outside D2D sales
• Able to climb a ladder, walk a roof, and lift 50 lbs without fear of heights
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
