Who We Are and What We Do:

Eagle Eye Renovations is a locally owned and operated storm damage restoration company. We specialize in helping homeowners navigate the insurance process of repairing their hail damaged property. We ensure they receive the best possible service while using top quality materials. We have established a local following, being voted 3 years in a row as a neighborhood favorite on Nextdoor, and have a healthy Google rating and BBB rating. This allows you to sell our services with confidence.

Compensation:

You will have the opportunity to earn an uncapped commission that ranges from 10%-15% of the total project value! Commissions are paid out partially upon approval, and the remainder upon completion. This is a commission-only position. Average commission ranges from $2k-$3k per job sold.

What You Will Do:

Travel to predetermined areas that have been researched and have hail damage. Perform door-to-door sales and assess damage on single family roofs. Once a need for our services is determined, you will build a relationship with the homeowner and help them navigate through the insurance process. This will include helping them file claims, meeting adjusters, interpreting insurance paperwork, and product selection. You will remain a contact for customer service throughout the process and will assist in ensuring that the homeowners' expectations are exceeded.

What You Will Need:
