Qualifications

• Proven ability to connect with customers and move conversations toward a yes.
• Sales experience preferred; roofing experience helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Base salary + uncapped commissions; W2 position.

Responsibilities

• Attend qualified, pre-set appointments with homeowners.
• Educate clients on roofing solutions and guide decision-making.
• Present customized proposals and close contracts with confidence.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to improve strategies and performance.
• Follow up on active deals and coordinate with project managers.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and exceed monthly goals.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and offerings.
• Participate in team challenges, bonuses and incentive programs.
