Bone Dry Roofing seeks an Associate Roofing Sales Representative to join the Indy Sales team. You will learn roofing systems, assist in generating sales, and travel to other markets as needed while delivering top-tier customer service.

The role emphasizes training, hands-on site assessments, and ongoing customer engagement. A strong communicator who enjoys growth and outdoor work will thrive in this position in Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass a background check.
• Must be able to climb ladder safely and work at elevated heights to determine roof work needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Flexibility to travel to other markets to assist staff when needed.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to grow within the company.
• Comfortable with outdoor work and visiting customer's homes as necessary.
• Military service.

Responsibilities

• Learn roofing systems and sales techniques through training programs.
• Meet with potential clients to assess needs, present solutions, and explain costs.
• Conduct initial inspections of roofing systems, including measurements and documentation.
• Stay informed about roofing products, installation processes, and industry trends.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while upholding the company’s standards of integrity and professionalism.
• Work closely with sales managers and remain flexible to support offices in other geographic areas.
