SmartRoof is hiring a field-based roofing sales representative in Virginia to start a career in roofing sales. This role involves meeting homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspecting roofs for wind and hail damage, and guiding insurance restorations.

Year 1 compensation ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, with Year 2 from $100,000 to $200,000+. The package includes base pay, monthly bonuses, uncapped commissions, paid training, trips, contests, and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Competitive, coachable and self-motivated.
• Dependable – shows up, follows through, takes ownership.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on rooftops in all seasons.
• Background in sales, construction, retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or military is a plus — not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Inspect roofs for storm damage
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims and the restoration process
• Deliver a professional, consultative customer experience from first contact to close
