Job summary

SmartRoof is seeking motivated individuals for a field-based roofing sales role in Virginia. You will meet homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs for wind and hail damage, and guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process.

Year 1 earnings range from $70,000 to $100,000+, with uncapped commissions and paid training. SmartRoof provides coaching, contests, and leadership growth opportunities, offering a clear pathway from entry-level to sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated.
• Dependable — shows up, follows through, takes ownership.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on rooftops in all seasons.
• Background in sales, construction, retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or military is a plus — not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Inspect roofs for storm damage.
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims and the restoration process.
• Deliver a professional, consultative customer experience from first contact to close.
