Role Description

The Roofing Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lewisville, TX. This role focuses on generating new business and managing customer relationships for residential and commercial roofing and exterior projects. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with property owners, performing roof and exterior inspections, explaining service options, and preparing detailed estimates and proposals. The Roofing Sales professional will guide clients through the insurance claims process, coordinate with adjusters, and ensure that project scopes align with approved claims. Additional responsibilities include tracking leads, following up on prospects, collaborating with project managers and crews, and maintaining accurate records in company systems to support timely and high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills related to roofs and working at height, including safe navigation of roof surfaces and understanding of roofing systems and materials.
• Candidates should possess carpentry skills and knowledge of basic construction practices to accurately assess project needs and communicate scope with customers and crews.
• Candidates should possess skills in insulation and waterproofing to evaluate building envelopes and recommend appropriate solutions for energy efficiency and moisture control.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and explain technical details in clear, accessible language.
• Ability to read and interpret estimates, insurance scopes, and construction documents, with solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions and capability to meet physical demands such as climbing ladders and inspecting roofs safely.
• Experience in roofing, construction, or insurance restoration sales is preferred; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications in roofing, construction, or safety are a plus.
