The ideal candidate has strong leadership, detail orientation, and experience with safety platforms. This full-time role requires flexibility, a clean driving record, and willingness to travel up to 30 days.

Qualifications

• Background check (national, state, local)
• 3-year motor vehicle record; valid driver's license
• Pre-employment drug screen & physical
• Pass 90-day introductory period
• Willingness to travel up to 30 days
• Computer-savvy; experience with Google Workspace, Slack & safety platforms

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites with a 30-day rotation outside the state
• Conduct safety inspections and identify hazards
• Send detailed safety reports and corrective actions
• Maintain high safety and quality standards on roofing projects
• Inspect PPE and tools for safety compliance
• Lead weekly toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Operate a company vehicle between sites
• Support crew well-being and safety concerns promptly
