Ideal Building Solutions in Gainesville, GA is seeking an On-Site Safety Supervisor to lead safety inspections, PPE oversight, toolbox talks, and safety leadership across multiple job sites. Extensive travel is required, with travel and lodging fully covered by the company.

This full-time position offers overtime and a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and professional development. You will coordinate with project managers to maintain high safety standards while supporting crew well-being.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety preferred but not required.
• 40-60 hour weeks with up to 100% travel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey safety information clearly.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Leadership qualities to motivate and influence safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites with a 30-day rotation outside the state; projects may last up to 6 months.
• Conduct safety inspections of work areas and equipment to identify hazards and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and send detailed safety reports to management and stakeholders.
• Oversee PPE and tool inspections to ensure safety standards are met.
• Lead weekly toolbox talks and safety meetings with crew members.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and maintain vehicle readiness.
• Promote crew well-being and address safety concerns promptly.
