Healy Riggs is seeking a Relationship Manager for a full-time role based in Philadelphia, PA. The position offers a base salary of $50,000 with an aggressive uncapped commission structure, and a potential total compensation in the six-figure range for high performers.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in B2B sales, the ability to manage and grow accounts, and the resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 Years of B2B Sales Experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic Computer and Math Skills.
• Comfort with Climbing Ladders.
• Capability to lift 50 lbs.
• Preferred: 5+ Years of B2B Sales Experience.
• Preferred: Construction/Roofing Experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities with commercial real estate owners and managers, while maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients.
• Employ a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and offer tailored roofing solutions, ensuring services exceed market offerings.
• Account Growth: Focus on turning new clients into repeat customers through strategic account management and budgeting for roof repairs and maintenance.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with Service Technician teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Sales Strategy Implementation: Apply proven sales methodology to create and capitalize on opportunities in the roofing industry.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, with the potential to earn significant commissions on top of base salary.
