Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a Quality Support Specialist to educate personnel on product use and installation, overseeing large self-performed projects from start to finish.

You will conduct site visits, provide installation training, and ensure consistent nationwide quality through proper roof repairs and product application. The role requires hands-on knowledge of roofing products, field leadership experience, and the ability to work autonomously across sites with frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Must have strong roofing knowledge and building science aptitude.
• Field service leadership experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal business systems.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of product applications and line specifics.
• Autonomous, self-motivated with a high level of independence.
• Strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
• Experience with various technologies and software.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper execution and delivery of all self-performed roofing work.
• Provide technical and application training sessions in field and shop settings.
• Hands-on training and supervision of roof coatings and installation.
• Attend pre-cons on large projects and assist at project start-ups; periodic progress visits.
• Pre-project inspections, product tests, recommendations, and proper installations.
• Post-project inspections to ensure quality workmanship and proper material use.
• Product diagnostic support to prevent misuse and maintain compliance.
• Conduct roof inspections with written reports and photo documentation.
• On-site safety audits and collaboration with the safety team.
• Review and train on large warranty adjustments over ten man-days.
• Communicate professionally with technicians, foremen, supervisors, and sales.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports and expense submissions.
• Travel within territory and nationally as needed; support weather-related coverage.
• Facilitate training in classroom settings and other duties as assigned.
