Job summary

Tremco Incorporated is seeking a QA Technical Service Rep to ensure quality across installed roofing systems within the region. You will lead roof patch and repair work, estimate material and labor needs, and document work to confirm customer satisfaction.

You will communicate with customers, sales reps, field staff and internal teams, demonstrate knowledge of services, and perform additional duties as assigned by the QA Assurance Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior roofing experience including patch and repair.
• Knowledge of basic tools used in commercial roofing.
• Safety training and OSHA knowledge.
• Ability to travel domestically and work weekends/holidays when needed.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead roof patch and repair as directed by QA Group.
• Estimate material and labor quantities for repairs.
• Document work accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
