Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technical Representative to inspect commercial roofing installations and issue warranties in the Saginaw, MI area. The role is full-time with a company vehicle, cell phone, tablet and expense account provided.

Responsibilities include site inspections, repairs, on-site contractor training, and warranty reporting. Candidates need 2–4 years in roofing or related QA, strong communication skills, and ability to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in commercial low-slope roofing or related field.
• Strong communication, organization and documentation skills.
• Must pass physical agility test, drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Physically inspect roof installations for quality and workmanship.
• Issue roof warranty per Duro-Last specifications.
• Make repairs to Duro-Last roofs.
• Conduct on-site training for contractors.
• Provide support to Duro-Last contractors and sales reps in territory.
• Schedule inspections and prepare warranty reports.
• Be prepared for physical demands.
