Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, to spec.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety, and quality controls.
• Proficiency with project management software and systems.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-build planning and mobilization activities.
• Coordinate crews and subcontractors for productivity.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and schedules.
• Monitor material usage, labor productivity, and schedule adherence.
• Resolve issues quickly and elevate high-risk tasks as needed.
• Serve as primary point of contact for crews and internal stakeholders.
