SERVPRO Team Cuthbertson in Tennessee seeks a Roofing Manager to oversee residential and commercial roofing projects from initial estimate through final completion. You will manage bids, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and maintain strong client relationships across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on estimating experience, proficiency with job-costing tools, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED. Associate’s degree in a related field, preferred.
• Direct experience as a Roofing Project Manager or Estimator overseeing both residential and commercial systems.
• Demonstrated experience hiring, scheduling, and managing third-party subcontractors.
• Proficiency with job-costing and estimating software applications.
• Working knowledge of OSHA construction standards and building code compliance.
• Experience handling insurance claims and working directly with adjusters.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver accurate bids, proposals, scope of work, and change orders.
• Utilize estimating software and digital measurement tools to generate competitive pricing.
• Serve as the primary liaison between property owners, sub-contractors, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
• Schedule and monitor subcontractor crews across simultaneous job sites.
• Conduct daily job site visits to inspect work quality, monitor timelines, and job status.
• Enforce strict OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and building codes on every job site.
