Job summary

Maxwell-Roofing- is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator / Project Manager to drive new business in Middle Tennessee. You will hunt opportunities, estimate work, sell projects, and manage them through completion.

The ideal candidate develops relationships with owners, facility managers, GCs, and building decision-makers, and follows opportunities from first contact to signed contracts, ensuring project profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in commercial roofing estimating and sales
• Ability to read architectural/engineering plans and specifications
• Proven ability to develop opportunities and close deals
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Valid driver's license with willingness to travel across Middle Tennessee

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial roofing opportunities throughout Middle Tennessee
• Build long-term relationships with owners, facility managers, and general contractors
• Inspect roofs and identify repair, maintenance, and replacement opportunities
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and bids to maintain margins
• Present proposals and close contracts from initial conversation to signed project
• Maintain customer communication through project completion
