Job summary

SERVPRO Team Cuthbertson seeks a Roofing Manager to oversee residential and commercial roofing projects from estimate to final completion. You will manage bids, coordinate crews, and ensure safety and quality across multiple job sites.

The role requires hands-on experience with estimating, subcontractor management, and client communication, with a focus on controlling costs and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
• Direct experience as Roofing Project Manager or Estimator for residential and commercial.
• Experience hiring, scheduling, and managing third‑party subcontractors.
• Proficiency with job-costing and estimating software applications.
• Working knowledge of OSHA construction standards and building code compliance.
• Experience handling insurance claims and working directly with adjusters.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; background check and drug screen required.

The Roofing Manager will oversee residential and commercial projects from initial estimate through final completion of a project. This role requires hands‑on experience with detailed material and labor estimating, managing subcontractor crews, and maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
