CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial roofing industry, seeks a Roofing Project Manager in Monroe, NC to manage data flow, communications, and documentation across project phases for primarily New Construction with General Contractors.

Responsibilities include submittals, warranties, change orders, schedules of values, daily logs, on-site meetings, and budget monitoring, serving as primary contact for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Coordinating large scale construction projects successfully.
• Thorough knowledge of construction practices and project flow.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate project submittal packages and change orders.
• Pre-register manufacturer warranties and maintain schedule of values.
• Maintain daily logs and produce progress reports.
• Attend on-site meetings, take minutes, and perform QC inspections.
• Navigate issues and disputes, ensuring project alignment with budgets.
• Maintain client portals and act as primary POC through all phases.
• Support the construction manager and respond to data requests.

CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Roofing Project Manager in Monroe, NC.

This role is paying $60k, plus annual bonus opportunity and premier benefits!

Job Summary:

The Roofing Project Manager is customer facing, being responsible for the flow of data, communication and documentation between CentiMark, the customer and stakeholders throughout all project phases. This position will engage primarily with New Construction projects being facilitated through General Contractors.

• Generating project submittal packages
• Pre-registering manufacturer’s warranties
• Change order management
• Produce & maintain schedule of values
• Maintain daily logs; generate progress reports
• Attend on-site meetings, take meeting minutes, perform quality control Inspections
• Navigate and resolve construction related issues, disputes and disagreements
• Maintain client project portals & act as primary POC throughout project phases
• Collaborate w/managers to fulfill data requests and answer technical questions
• Monitor project spend and assist in staying on budget
• Provide support to the construction manager

Candidate Qualifications:

• coordinating large scale construction projects - Preferred
• Roofing relatedexperience - Preferred
• Proficiency in construction estimating software (STACK, BIM 360, Procore)
• Thorough knowledge of construction practices and project flow
• Exceptional organizational & coordination skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competency in standard business applications: MS Office Suite, Cloud Apps, Acrobat
• Ability to read and translate construction plans, specifications and contracts
• Bilingual skills preferred
