CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s largest commercial/industrial roofing company, seeks a Roofing Operations Manager in Jessup, MD to lead the office and surrounding areas. You will supervise, coordinate, and ensure timely project completion for Production and Service, driving employee relations and customer satisfaction.

This role pays $90k–$110k base with lucrative bonus opportunities and premier benefits, reflecting the senior leadership responsibilities in a large, nationwide roofing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing is required.
• Proficient blueprint reading skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Previous roofing/construction operations management experience is highly preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the office and surrounding areas.
• Oversee timely installation and completion of roofing projects for Production and Service.
• Lead field supervisors and field workers; coordinate with sales and technical staff.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and safe, profitable project execution.
• Address issues that arise during projects and ensure thorough site inspections.

We are seeking an industry professional for the Roofing Operations Manager role in our Specialty Division in Jessup, MD to successfully lead the office and surrounding areas. The Operations Manager will supervise, coordinate and ensure the timely installation and completion of roofing projects both for Production and Service. They will be responsible for managing employee relations, job supervision and customer satisfaction.

This position is paying $90k - $110k base, with lucrative bonus opportunities!

Job Summary:

• Managing the Profit and Loss Statement
• Recruiting and retaining qualified workers
• Ensuring safe, profitable and quality commercial roofing projects
• Manage the field supervisor(s), field workers and service manager
• Working closely with both sales and technical staff
• Addressing all problems that may arise during projects
• Ensure complete and thorough inspections of the job site before and after the project is completed

Candidate Requirements:

• 5 + Years exp in Commercial Roofing – Required
• Blueprint reading
• Ability to manage and motivate
• Previous roofing/construction business operations management experience is highly preferred
• A valid driver’s license
