Job summary

CentiMark Corporation in the greater Cincinnati area is seeking an experienced Roofing Field Supervisor to oversee a large-scale commercial roofing project and multiple subcontractor crews. You will coordinate with the General Contractor to maintain schedule adherence and manage scope changes, while reporting to the Operations/Project Manager.

A strong focus on safety and clear communication is essential. Year-round work with immediate interviews is available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in the commercial roofing field.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing assemblies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and email.
• Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders up to 25 feet.
• Valid Driver’s License; ability to travel weekends/holidays and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise large-scale new construction with multiple roofing systems.
• Oversee multiple subcontractor crews and coordinate with the General Contractor.
• Document scope changes to CentiMark team and General Contractor.
• Schedule job-site deliveries and attend meetings.
• Maintain a safe job site per CentiMark and GC safety plans.
• Communicate effectively in speaking and writing.

The pay range is $26/hr- $32/hr, based on experience.

Job Summary

Supervise a large-scale new construction project with multiple roofing systems, supervise multiple subcontractor crews, work closely with the General Contractor for schedule adherence and changes in the scope of work. Document all changes in the scope of work to both the CentiMark Team and the General Contractor. In this position you will work closely with the Operations Manager and the Project Manager. You will be responsible for scheduling job-site deliveries and attending all job-site meetings. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site, according to the CentiMark safety plan and the General Contractor's safety plan. The ability to communicate effectively in speaking and writing is a job requirement.

Candidate Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial roofing assemblies
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite & email
• Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal & organizational skills
• The ability to interpret blueprints is a plus
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Valid Driver’s License
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed
