Senior Commercial Roof Project Manager

Senior Commercial Roof Project Manager Duties

*Coordinate meetings for up to date labor figures

*Review estimates with management

*Work with a variety of commercial roofs; TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and More

*Run Commercial Roofing projects on time and under budget

*Run crews of foreman, superintendents, etc.

*Have the ability to make site visits and decipher what @type of roof systems are currently installed

Senior Commercial Roof Project Manager Experience Required

*4+ years of estimating experience and also project managing

*Experience with Commercial Roofing materials and techniques

*Must be comfortable with leading a team

* Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player
