Job summary

Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing in Texas is seeking a PE-I to join the estimating team and learn the Chamberlin process from start to finish. You will participate in field observations, onscreen estimating, proposal writing, and reviews with clients.

As you gain knowledge, you will verify scopes, manage client relationships, and handle project engagement through completion while developing essential skills in construction documents, communication, and problem solving.

• The PE-I will be engaged in the entire estimating process with the responsibility of learning each step of the Chamberlin process.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to: field observations and inspections, onscreen estimating, proposal writing, detail review, client interactions and association involvement.
• As the PE-I develops a base knowledge they will be responsible for contract scope verification, client relationship and overall project engagement from start to finish.

Experience:

If applicant does not have a four-year degree, they must have a minimum of 2 years of college and 2 years Chamberlin experience or five years construction experience and/or professional sales and customer relations experience.
