Role emphasizes admin and scheduling proficiency in roofing/construction. Expect to climb ladders and participate in site walks; regular office and field collaboration with a competitive hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• 2+ years coordinating, scheduling, or supporting construction projects.
• Experience with project lifecycle from scheduling to completion in roofing/construction.
• Proficient with ServiceTitan, Google Workspace, and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute project timelines and updates.
• Act as hub between Production Coordinators, Superintendents, and Production Manager.
• Coordinate pre-install tasks: customer communication, job readiness, permits, materials, scheduling.
• Track progress using ServiceTitan or similar software.
• Assist in solving delays and material shortages with the team.
• Review contracts and purchase materials for assigned projects.
