Occidental Roofing in Tucson is seeking a Project Manager to own project outcomes across safety, quality, timeline, and cost. You'll lead projects from contract execution to closeout—ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

You will coordinate crews, manage site execution, and drive accountability to deliver every project on spec, on time, and on budget. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or 5+ years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety, and quality controls.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-build planning and mobilization, aligning on job scope and schedule.
• Direct day-to-day site execution, coordinating crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety protocols, quality standards, and schedule adherence.
• Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and inspections in real time.
• Resolve issues promptly and maintain primary contact with internal stakeholders.
• Oversee post-project closeout, punchlists, and handoff to Operations.
