Job Description

We are seeking an experienced roofing production supervisor to join our team. This position will ensure the smooth and efficient operations of our roofing production departments. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing production plans and schedules to meet project deadlines and ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities

1. Review contracts and measurement reports to ensure accurate cost estimation and adherence to budgets.
2. Review scheduled projects to prepare for installation.
3. Prepare for weekly production meetings to report on job plans, status, issues, and update our Roofing project CRM.
4. Oversee the entire production department, ensuring smooth project execution and completion.
5. Oversee roof installations and take appropriate photos.
6. Update homeowners and office staff throughout the installation process.
7. Manage warranty submissions, repairs, and full roof replacements.
8. Communicate regularly with operation managers to coordinate daily and weekly activities.
9. Order, pickup, deliver, and return materials to suppliers as needed.
10. Ensure the site is clean of debris upon completion and verify the quality of installation.
11. Contact customers for confirmations and to address any questions they may have.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing supervision and construction industries.
• Procurement and scheduling experience in construction/roofing projects.
• Proficiency in software such as roofing project management CRM, drone technology, G Suite, etc.
• Comfortable performing basic math.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CDL license is a plus.
• Experience pulling trailers is a plus.
