Job Description

We are seeking an experienced roofing production to join our team. This position will ensure the smooth and efficient operations of our roofing production departments. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing production plans and schedules to meet our roofing project deadlines and ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

1. Review contracts and measurement reports to ensure accurate cost estimation and adherence to budgets.
2. Review scheduled projects to prepare for installation.
3. Prepare for weekly production meetings to report on job plan, status, and issues, and move jobs through our Roofing project CRM.
4. Oversee the entire production department, ensuring smooth project execution and completion.
5. Oversee roof installations and take appropriate photos.
6. Update Homeowners and office staff throughout the installations.
7. Manage Warranty submissions, repairs, and full roof replacements.
8. Communicate with operation managers regularly to ensure they are properly lined out for the day/week.
9. Order, pick up, deliver, and return materials to suppliers as needed.
10. Ensure the site is clean of debris upon completion and maintain the quality of installation.
11. Call customers for confirmations and address any questions they may have.

Qualifications:

1. Roofing supervisory or construction industry experience is a plus.
2. Experience in procurement and scheduling for construction/roofing projects is a plus.
3. Proficient in software such as Roofing Project Management CRM, Drone, G Suite, etc.
4. Comfortable with performing basic math.
5. Valid Driver's License.
6. CDL License is a plus.
7. Experience pulling a trailer is a plus.
