Job summary

CentiMark Corporation in Jessup, MD is seeking a Roofing Production Foreman to lead a crew in field applications and ensure safety policy compliance on site.

You will work with the field supervisor to communicate with customers and management, and handle paperwork, time sheets, and safety procedures. This role requires hands-on leadership and reliability to maintain our premier standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of commercial roofing experience.
• Knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen and metal roof repairs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders to 25 ft.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays, travel out of town, overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a crew of 5–6 on field applications.
• Coordinate with field supervisor to communicate with customers and management.

This role is paying up to $40/hr plus premier benefits!

Job Summary:

Will lead and train a crew of 5 to 6 people with field applications. Work with the field supervisor to communicate with customers and management. Responsible for paperwork, time sheets and ensuring CentiMark safety policies are being followed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in Commercial Roofing
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Experience with commercial roofing systems: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing); Have reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Able to work weekends and/or Holidays, out of town travel and overtime
