Job summary

CentiMark Corporation in Jessup, MD is seeking an experienced Roofing Production Foreman to lead a crew of 5–6 on commercial roof installations. You will collaborate with the field supervisor to coordinate with customers and management, manage paperwork, time sheets, and ensure adherence to CentiMark safety policies.

This role offers year-round work, competitive pay up to $40 per hour, and premier benefits including health, vision, 401(k) plans and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two or more years’ experience in commercial roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with various roofing systems: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs.

This role is paying up to $40/hr plus premier benefits!

Job Summary:

Will lead and train a crew of 5 to 6 people with field applications. Work with the field supervisor to communicate with customers and management. Responsible for paperwork, time sheets and ensuring CentiMark safety policies are being followed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in Commercial Roofing
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Experience with commercial roofing systems: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing); Have reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Able to work weekends and/or Holidays, out of town travel and overtime
