Job summary

CentiMark Corporation is seeking an experienced Roofing Production Foreman in Jessup, MD to lead a crew of 5–6 on field applications and ensure safety policy compliance. You will work with the field supervisor to communicate with customers and management, and manage paperwork and time sheets.

This position offers year-round work with a pay rate up to $40/hour plus premier benefits, including multiple health plans, retirement options, paid holidays/vacation, ESOP, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two or more years' experience in commercial roofing.
• Valid state driver's license in good standing; reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Willing to work weekends and/or holidays, with out-of-town travel and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a crew of 5–6 people on field applications.
• Coordinate with the field supervisor to communicate with customers and management.
• Handle paperwork, time sheets, and enforce CentiMark safety policies.

This role is paying up to $40/hr plus premier benefits!

Job Summary: Will lead and train a crew of 5 to 6 people with field applications. Work with the field supervisor to communicate with customers and management. Responsible for paperwork, time sheets and ensuring CentiMark safety policies are being followed.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) or more years' experience in Commercial Roofing
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Experience with commercial roofing systems: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs
• A valid state driver's license (in good standing); Have reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Able to work weekends and/or Holidays, out of town travel and overtime
