Job summary

CentiMark Corporation is seeking an experienced Roofing Production Foreman in Jessup, MD. The role leads a crew of 5–6 and collaborates with the field supervisor to communicate with customers and management while ensuring paperwork, time sheets, and safety policies are followed.

This position offers year-round work, opportunities for growth, and premier benefits. Immediate interviews are available with potential to earn up to $40/hr. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Commercial Roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with commercial roofing systems: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Will lead and train a crew of 5 to 6 people with field applications. Work with the field supervisor to communicate with customers and management. Responsible for paperwork, time sheets and ensuring CentiMark safety policies are being followed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in Commercial Roofing
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Experience with commercial roofing systems: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing); Have reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Able to work weekends and/or Holidays, out of town travel and overtime
