Job summary

CentiMark Corporation is seeking an experienced Roofing Production Foreman to supervise a crew in the Bloomington, MN area. You will train the crew, oversee safety, service and quality, and coordinate with field supervision and management to deliver quality roof installations.

Responsibilities include paperwork and timesheet management, hands-on leadership, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently with the CentiMark standard. Experience with commercial/industrial roofing is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two or more years’ experience in general roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.

Job Summary:

• Supervising and training a crew of 5 to 6 people
• Ensure that the crew is operating to optimize safety, service &quality measures
• Lead and train crew with field applications, work with field supervisor and communicate with customers and management
• Responsible for paperwork, timesheets
• Able to work with team and install a quality CentiMark roof with hours provided in a safe and orderly manner

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in general roofing
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Experience with: Single Ply, EPDM, PVC & TPO a plus
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) and reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) also a plus
