Job summary

CentiMark Corporation in Bloomington, MN seeks an experienced Roofing Production Foreman to lead a crew of 5–6, ensuring safety, quality, and timely service on commercial/industrial roofs.

You will train field crews, coordinate with the field supervisor and customers, manage paperwork and timesheets, and help install high-quality CentiMark roofs in a safe, orderly manner. This role offers a strong growth path within a national leader in roofing.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of general roofing experience.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with single ply membranes (EPDM, PVC, TPO) a plus.
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders to 25 feet.

Job Summary:

• Supervising and training a crew of 5 to 6 people
• Ensure that the crew is operating to optimize safety, service &quality measures
• Lead and train crew with field applications, work with field supervisor and communicate with customers and management
• Responsible for paperwork, timesheets
• Able to work with team and install a quality CentiMark roof with hours provided in a safe and orderly manner

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in general roofing
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Experience with: Single Ply, EPDM, PVC & TPO a plus
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) and reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) also a plus
