AmeriPro Roofing seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth through direct home-owner engagement in the Charlotte area. You will canvass neighborhoods, inspect exteriors, explain options, and guide homeowners through insurance or retail pricing. You’ll work with a CRM-backed process and aim to build lasting client relationships.

The role offers an uncapped commission structure, company-provided leads, robust training, and a path for advancement. Field-based travel is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years full cycle sales experience.
• CRM proficiency with common platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing and networking.
• Conduct roof/exterior inspections and document findings.
• Educate homeowners on products, insurance claims, and pricing options.
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive referrals.
• Monitor sales performance and report progress to leadership.
• Address client concerns to ensure a smooth claim-to-install process.
