Job summary

AmeriPro Roofing is seeking Outside Sales Representatives to drive exterior home remodeling projects. You will canvass neighborhoods, inspect exteriors, and guide homeowners through insurance claims or retail quotes. The role rewards an uncapped commission structure with strong training and lead support.

Ideal candidates have 1-2+ years in full cycle sales, CRM experience, and a disciplined, self-motivated mindset. A valid license and flexible availability are required for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years full cycle sales experience with a proven track record preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience using CRM (Service Titan, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable and insured vehicle; availability to include evenings/weekends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, time management and organizational skills.
• Self-directed, coachable, resilient and motivated by performance-based compensation.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Convert issued leads; marketing provides lead types to supplement your efforts.
• Conduct roof/exterior inspections to assess damage and identify needs.
• Educate homeowners on products, insurance claims, and financing options.
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive referrals and satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and share updates with branch leadership.
• Address client concerns to ensure a seamless experience from inspection to installation.
