Job summary

AmeriPro Roofing is seeking Outside Sales Representatives in the Chicago area to be the face of the brand, using direct door-to-door canvassing to connect with local homeowners and guide them through exterior improvements.

We offer an uncapped commission structure, robust training, company-provided leads, and mentorship. This role rewards a hunter mentality with a proven drive to close new business in local markets.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years full cycle sales experience, with a proven track record preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience using CRM (Service Titan, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 preferred.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle; working availability to include evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Generate Leads: Identify new clients through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Convert Issued Leads: Marketing provides various lead types; leads supplement your generated efforts.
• Conduct Roof/Exterior Inspections: Assess properties for storm damage and exterior diagnosis.
• Educate Homeowners: Explain products, insurance claims process or pricing with financing options.
• Build Relationships: Maintain client connections to drive satisfaction and referrals.
• Monitor Sales Performance: Track progress and share updates with Branch Sales Leadership.
• Solve Problems: Address client concerns for a seamless inspection-to-installation process.
