Responsibilities

• Build relationships with decision-makers by prospecting and networking.
• Grow a healthy sales pipeline through partnerships and active lead development.
• Engage clients to uncover needs, identify growth opportunities, and close deals.
• Create and present customized proposals showcasing JR & Co.’s capabilities.
• Partner with Estimators and internal teams to price work and negotiate terms.
• Provide light project oversight after the sale to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Represent JR & Co. professionally at meetings, events, and networking functions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of opportunities and proposals.
