Job summary

TIMEPROOFUSA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to educate homeowners on roofing solutions and close projects in-home across the United States. You will run pre-set, qualified appointments, provide same-day estimates, and close sales with the support of your Sales Manager.

The role offers a 100% commission W-2 structure with uncapped earnings, monthly bonuses, and substantial training. Expect earnings between $150K–$320K+ annually, plus car and device allowances and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to close deals in-home after roofing consultations.
• Comfortable educating homeowners on roofing solutions and estimates.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generation required.
• Conduct professional roofing consultations, product demos, provide same-day estimates, and close the sale.
• Partner with Sales Manager for coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development.
