Job summary

Capstone Roofing is seeking an experienced Roofing Operations Supervisor to oversee daily residential production. You’ll coordinate field crews, vendors, and leadership to keep projects moving and deliver high-quality service to homeowners.

You’ll lead scheduling decisions, balance manpower, manage material deliveries and site logistics, and maintain accurate records with AccuLynx. Strong English/Spanish preferred and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential roofing or similar home services production/operations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Experience scheduling multiple crews and coordinating field operations.
• Strong supervisory, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AccuLynx or similar CRM preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily scheduling and coordination of residential roofing projects.
• Assign and reassign crews based on production priorities and conditions.
• Balance manpower across active sites to maximize productivity.
• Coordinate material deliveries, inspections, permits, and vendor schedules.
• Serve as operational liaison between field crews, customers, vendors, and management.
• Monitor progress and resolve scheduling, production, and logistical challenges.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule with quality workmanship and service.
• Maintain project documentation using AccuLynx.
• Recommend process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.

Lead the Daily Operations Behind Every Successful Roofing Project

Capstone Roofing is looking for an experienced Roofing Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily coordination of our residential roofing production. If you’re passionate about organization, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, we’d love to meet you.

As our operations Supervisor, you’ll be the operational hub connecting customers, field crews, vendors, warehouse personnel, and leadership. You’ll make real‑time decisions that keep projects moving efficiently while ensuring every homeowner receives the high‑quality service Capstone Roofing is known for.

What You’ll Do

• Direct the daily scheduling and coordination of residential roofing projects.
• Assign and reassign roofing crews based on production priorities, weather conditions, labor availability, and project progress.
• Balance manpower across multiple active job sites to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Determine when crews should be reassigned or when labor should be reduced due to operational needs.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, inspections, permits, and vendor schedules.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between field crews, customers, vendors, warehouse personnel, and management.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve scheduling, production, and logistical challenges.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule while maintaining quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
• Maintain accurate project documentation using AccuLynx.
• Recommend process improvements that increase operational efficiency and production performance.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For
