Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Roofing Operations Manager for a growing local contractor in New Jersey. You will lead field crews, coordinate roofing projects, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across residential/commercial sites.

Salary ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 per year, with a company vehicle, health/dental/vision coverage, PTO and holidays, and clear pathways for leadership development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in roofing installation, project management, or operations leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage field crews effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of residential asphalt roofing systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM, scheduling, and project management software.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
