Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, a national leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, is seeking a Roofing Service Field Supervisor for the NJ/NY (5 Boroughs) office. You will supervise multiple service crews, manage pre/post-job inspections, plan labor, and ensure safety while maintaining strong customer communications.

The role requires extensive roofing experience, leadership and strong organizational skills to coordinate materials and projects with the warehouse team.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of roofing procedures and safety.
• Excellent communication/writing skills.
• Computer skills and ability to set up and manage multiple jobs.
• Analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational/time management skills.
• Excellent follow‑up skills.
• 5 years roofing/construction sales experience required.
• 3 years customer service experience required.
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing.
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, FOAM, METAL, ACRYLIC, TPO and/or SHINGLES.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple service crews.
• Responsible for pre-job & post-job inspections.
• Plan jobs for labor crews.
• Maintain a safe job site.
• Daily communications with the customer.
• Plan and execute successful projects.
• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager in ordering materials for projects.
