• Working knowledge of residential asphalt roofing systems and installation processes.
• Ability to support multiple roofing projects simultaneously from scheduling through completion.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Experience coordinating field crews, subcontractors, material deliveries, and project schedules.
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM, scheduling, and project management software.
• Ability to maintain accurate project documentation, job notes, photos, change orders, and status updates.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in roofing, construction, project coordination, field operations, or a related role


• Working knowledge of residential asphalt roofing systems and installation processes


• Ability to support multiple roofing projects simultaneously from scheduling through completion

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish


• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification


• Experience with residential, HOA, and/or multifamily roofing projects


• Experience working directly with homeowners, property managers, vendors, and subcontractors


• Familiarity with roofing inspections, material takeoffs, permits, and jobsite quality-control procedures


• Comfortable working at heights and accessing rooftops when necessary
