Job summary

You will lead and mentor superintendents, coordinate with project teams, review bids and contracts, manage materials and equipment, and promote continuous improvement through structured change orders and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Five years minimum of commercial roofing industry experience in management.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field is preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, problem solving, and cost-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field production crews, achieving budget, schedule, safety, and quality goals.
• Review bids, contracts, and change orders with project team to protect scope and costs.
• Lead superintendents and foremen ensuring safety, schedule, and quality.
• Manage materials, inventory, and equipment to optimize costs.
• Communicate project status daily with stakeholders and adjust scope as needed.
