Your Mission:

• Build and mentor a skilled team of 5-6 roofing specialists
• Drive business growth throughout the Des Moines metropolitan area
• Implement training programs for both new and experienced professionals
• Oversee project quality, safety standards, and customer satisfaction
• Establish strong community presence and professional networks

Compensation Package:

• Modest base salary with 60% commission and a lucrative override compensation structure
