Job summary

SERVPRO® Team Cuthbertson seeks a Restoration Technician to perform cleanup and restoration tasks, load equipment, prepare rooms, and maintain a clean, organized job site and vehicle.

You will communicate with teammates and supervisors to keep workflows efficient, follow safety guidelines, and contribute to high-quality outcomes, with overtime, paid time off, holidays, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction industries is preferred.
• IICRC certifications are preferred.
• Must have a strong work ethic and good oral communication skills.
• Use of Personal Protective Equipment including respirators is required.
• Background check, drug screen, and clean driving record may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies for each project.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment appearance.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.
• Set up staging areas and equipment for each project.
• Perform restoration processes as directed.
• Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
• Communicate with manager, supervisor, and other technicians to maintain efficient restoration processes.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
• Leave the jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Clean and maintain the warehouse, office, and grounds, as assigned.

The Restoration Technician performs restoration processes to meet the service needs of individual restoration projects and maintain the professional appearance of SERVPRO® equipment as well as an assigned service vehicle. This role represents the best in the cleanup and restoration industry by providing quality, consistent, and efficient work.
