Job summary

Blueprint Hires is seeking a Roofing Manager to oversee inspection and construction monitoring for national clients. You will observe activities, verify compliance, identify defects, and maintain daily records while collaborating with teams and managing client relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in inspection and monitoring, and a 2–4 year degree in architecture or civil engineering is preferred. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with travel to sites as

Qualifications

• 5+ years of inspection and construction monitoring experience.
• 2–4 year college level education in architecture, civil engineering, or similar field is a plus.
• Experience in multi-family residential, institutional and commercial projects with roofing/waterproofing familiarity.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Observe construction activities and verify compliance with contract documents, plans and specs.

Job description

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Roofing Manager to help them provide exceptional inspection and construction monitoring services to their national clients.

Your Day Includes

• Observing construction activities and verifying compliance with contract documents, plans, and specifications
• Identifying installation defects and producing daily reports and records of construction activities
• Working as part of a team, providing input and contributing to the success of each project
• Working with clients and contractors through managing construction project and schedules
• Traveling to construction sites and working with clients to ensure outstanding service

Must Haves

• 5+ years of inspection and construction monitoring experience
• 2 to 4-year college level education (degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a similar field a plus)
• Experience in multi-family residential, institutional and commercial construction projects with familiarity in roofing, waterproofing and other building envelope areas
• Current driver's license and reliable transportation
